Health - This Works Better Than Antacids & Laxatives

This Works Better Than Antacids & Laxatives

Major digestive problems are SO common in our society today that it's
nearly impossible to find someone who ISN'T at least occasionally bothered by things like heartburn, gas, bloating and/or constipation.  It is worse here than in any other country in the world.

According to the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NDDIC) and the National Institutes of Health, between 60 and 70 million people in the US alone are affected by digestive disorders.  In no other country on earth do they suffer like we do.
Antacid use is so widespread that soon they're going to be categorized as a food group!
Tums. Rolaids. Pepto-Bismol. Gelusil. Prilosec. Maalox. People pop them left and right, many times daily or after EVERY meal.
And of course let's not forget the "big guns" -- the prescription drugs --  including Nexium, Aciphex, Protonix and Zegarid. They continue to be among the top-selling drugs year after year.
Laxatives are taken by the truckload too -- US laxative sales topped a whopping $1 billion in 2011!
That's a WHOLE LOT of people who aren't getting called by Nature like they should.
Drugs -- the wonder answer?
With the mind-boggling sales of digestion-related drugs continuing to soar through the stratosphere, it would appear that they should actually be helping people, right?
WRONG!
Not only do they NOT "help" (they only mask symptoms at best) but they are actually harming the health of the people who take them.
Here's how -- let's take a look at the 2 most popular stomach drugs:
1- Acid reducers
Acid reducers "work" by blocking or neutralizing the acid enzymes in your stomach.
But your acid enzymes are needed to break down proteins. So when your stomach secretes acid when you eat meat, dairy or eggs, it's doing its job and should not be interfered with.
When your foods are not broken down like they should be you get gas, bloating and pain.
Sound familiar? Those are the side effects listed on many an antacid package and now you know why.
Plus, poor digestion of proteins also can cause oversized protein molecules to force their way through your intestinal wall. Then they can travel through your bloodstream and cause inflammation, pain and eventually even fibromyalgia symptoms!
Funny, Larry the Cable Guy doesn't mention ANY of that in the Prilosec commercials he is paid to make.
They can also put your immune system on alert, making it mistake the protein molecules as dangerous invaders and launch an attack--that's how FOOD SENSITIVITIES are created.
And without the protection of acid in your stomach to kill it, bacteria from your foods (like E. coli or salmonella) get a free pass right through to your intestines, where they can cause severe diarrhea and a wide number of illnesses.

2- Laxatives
When you use laxatives to have bowel movements, things may seem fine at first...after all, Nature DOES eventually call after you take one.
But something else is happening that you're not aware of.
All the while that you use laxatives, you're weakening your intestinal muscles. These muscles are vital to carry out the contractions (called peristalsis) necessary to move your wastes along the intestinal tract and out your "back door."
So weakened intestinal muscles make constipation even WORSE.
And it can get to the point where your intestinal tract is basically non-functioning and you're 100% dependent on laxatives...and you can't even have a bowel movement WITHOUT them!

So what IS the answer to your problem?
If you're one of the 60-70 million people with a "rumbly in your tumbly" on a pretty regular basis and are a slave to purple pills or Ex-lax, it's time to take a look at what may be causing your gut issues.
And DO something about it that REALLY works!
Here are 4 possible reasons why your digestion isn't what it should be (you'll be quite surprised by one of them!), and the very simple, natural solutions to each:

Gut answer #1: What you put in
This is by far THE most common cause of digestive issues.
If you ever want hopes of being free of GI problems you MUST eat foods that digest well together.
When you do this, your foods are broken down like they should be, your stomach doesn't have to overproduce acid, and your intestines can "finish the job" like they're supposed to.
What that means is: No more feeling like a fire-breathing dragon and/or be willing to give your right arm just to have a BM.
The good news is that eating for great health and optimal digestion is simple and VERY tasty.
All it takes is following the scientifically sound, proven advice in the Great Taste No Pain health system.
The Great Taste No Pain manuals spell out why it's so important to avoid certain meal combinations because they tax your stomach and intestines. It's logical, based on simple chemistry and will make perfect sense to you.
Then GTNP goes on to show you what GOOD meal combinations are, gives you suggestions for meal planning, and even gives you a dining out card to carry with you everywhere so all your meals will be pain-free!
And let's not forget the 112 delicious dishes in the recipe book that you will absolutely LOVE. Savory soups and stews. Tasty salads. Appetizers you'll be proud to serve your party guests. Even desserts! (Yes, I show you how to enjoy an occasional dessert without suffering any consequences.)
Now, if you're gluten-challenged, I've got you covered. Great Taste No Gluten is for you instead.

Gut answer #2: Have the enzymes for the job
Poor digestion can also be the result of too few digestive enzymes.
You see, after years of eating difficult to digest foods, you may have diminished your body's ability to produce enzymes, because you've used up SO many trying to digest complex meals for SO long.
When your body's done making enzymes, it's D-O-N-E.
Plus, eating cooked foods of any type inherently uses more of your body's enzymes because the naturally occurring enzymes in the food are reduced or destroyed the more you cook the food...so your body has to do ALL the work.
And get this--using acid reducers depletes your enzymes too!
You see, when you use acid reducers, your stomach continues trying to break down your foods by secreting more digestive acids, but then those acid enzymes it secretes get zapped by the drugs.
Now, your stomach doesn't just give up at that point--it keeps trying and trying and trying...and the drugs keep zapping and zapping and zapping away your enzymes.
What that means is LOTS of digestive enzymes being secreted and just wasting away.
Digestizol Max digestive enzyme formula can give your body a much-needed boost when you eat meats, dairy, starchy carbs, and any foods that have been cooked.
And it's practically a life-saver for people who have used acid reducers!
Digestizol Max is a safe, natural blend of 14 plant-derived enzymes that come to your body's aid like terminators, helping to break down whatever you've eaten -- protein, fats, carbs, you-name-it.

Gut answer #3: Have the gut flora for the job
Not only does poor digestion make you bloated, gassy and miserable, but having a bunch of wastes stuck in your intestines (aka constipation) also wreaks havoc on your intestinal flora.
This leads to a vicious cycle because, since the friendly bacteria in your intestines help with digestion, when they're overcome by harmful bacteria they can't do their job.
And your digestion and constipation get even WORSE.
Harmful bacteria overgrowth also compromises your immune system, making you susceptible to every bug and virus around, and weakens your gut wall so the undigested proteins I mentioned earlier can seep into your bloodstream and cause pain and inflammation.
Taking Super Shield multi-strain probiotic formula every day can build up your population of beneficial bacteria, which will improve your digestion and strengthen your immune system.
Many of our clients have said that they started taking Super Shield just to prevent colds and flu and were pleasantly shocked to all of a sudden become more "regular!"
And one very satisfied customer even calls it "Pooper Shield!"

Gut answer #4: See your local chiropractor
I know this may sound strange, but it's quite real.
Scientific studies have proven that chiropractic care can allow the digestive system to work properly and can alleviate many gut problems.
You see, your posture and spinal alignment could contribute to digestive problems because your nervous system and digestive system are very closely related.
Chiropractors can make adjustments to your spine that allow the nervous system along the spine (which affects your digestion at several points), to function without any interference from your body or other organs.
Chiropractors refer to this interference within the nervous system as a "subluxation." By correcting subluxations, chiropractors can restore your nervous system to enable proper communication between it and your digestive tract.

So there you have it!
Four very common causes of gut issues and their safe, natural solutions.
If you're ready to ditch the acid reducers and laxatives and finally start feeling REALLY good, then you must take a look at what's behind YOUR digestive problems and do something about it.
When you do, a whole new world will begin for you.
Start now.

PPS: Elden's off acid reducers and saving $90 a month!
Sherry:
I just wanted to say thank you. I have been on the Great Taste No Pain program for a little over 6 months. It works for me! I have suffered from acid reflux for years and would take a pill each day to eliminate it.
At first I told myself I would try it for 3 months and see what happens. I noticed a change in the first month of starting your program.
Not only have I ended my acid reflux, I have also Iost over 45 pounds, and I do not take ANY medicine! I was paying over $90.00 for a three months supply of pills and your program cost was far less.
Talk about saving money.
Thanks.
