weeks of bargaining, Israel has formed a ruling coalition including two
powerful newcomers and, in a surprise move, excluding ultra-Orthodox parties.
Benjamin Netanyahu might have performed role of Israel’s ‘Great Communicator’,
but as he enters his third term of office, like his audience, his powers of
