Who or what has sovereignty?

For all concerned
From Ed Brannum.

Who or what has sovereignty?

In looking at the definitions below you will see the Almighty Creator Lord and the people He created have entire sovereign authority. The sovereign people are the only creators of republic governments. I do not find where any democracies are sovereign since they are all Corporate.

Therefore one must realize that a Government that has acquired Corporation status has divorced its sovereign power and authority from the sovereign people and in order to keep control, must remove the people's sovereignty by entrapping them into corporate contacts and thus making them corporate citizen subjects. Then the once sovereign people unbeknown become CORPORATE PERSONS which are Corporate Slaves having no rights only PRIVILEGES.

CORPORATIONS CANNOT BE SOVEREIGN. They are not real, only FICTIONS. Therefore we find that all Corporate statutes, codes, rules and regulations are nothing more than Company polices and have no authority over the sovereign people until a We the people volunteers to become a Corporate subject. See Texas Civil Rule of Procedure Rule 52.
TCRP) Rule 52, Alleging a Corporation:

"Allegations that a corporation is incorporated shall be taken as Truth unless denied by affidavit of the adverse party, his agent or his attorney, whether such corporation is public or private and however created.")

I have been to several seminar type meeting in the past teaching all types of subjects where good honest people and some not so honest are using their time and money to fight a certain problem(s), which most of the same old problems have been fought for 15 to 20 plus years by different folks. With same out come.

What bothers me and what I see, is all these different organizations and individuals using up their time and money fighting dozens of corporate government's thievery, killings, etc. and even if they win they will gain nothing but a little satisfaction for a few, but they will never gain any real freedom since starting their fight for anyone and the Corporations will just change their name and game to hide it, so it can continue to rape and steal from the same people.

Therefore I ask all Texians, Texans and other concerned folks that would like to win everything your fighting for by changing to a fresh horse and join with the republic of Texas, Texian Americans whom are fighting for everyone's freedoms not just satisfaction for a few. We know how to win this battle and with your help it will happen very soon. Come take the ride with us.
